A digital preview for Shoots & Roots, by Sea Grape Labs

You built an impressive business. Imagine the digital side built the same way.

Since 2010, Shoots & Roots has cared for lawns, trees and land from Boca Raton to Ft. Pierce, with clients who call the crew dependable, professional and tidy. This preview shows what happens when the digital side gets the same care you bring to a property: a website that sells the work, a portal clients love, and a dashboard that takes office work off your plate.

Everything here runs in your browser with clearly labeled sample data. Nothing is live, nothing is sent, and nothing about Shoots & Roots' current systems has been changed.

Three guided scenarios, about a minute each.

Pick one and a small guide follows you through the pages, pointing at the control to use and showing what changes on the other side. Each one resolves a real business problem from beginning to end.

A

Win a new job

Homepage to estimate request to priority to estimate sent to a job with the contact and photos carried over.

B

Help a client decide

Two privacy hedges side by side with cost and a schedule check against the family’s date. Approve, then watch the order go out and get confirmed.

C

Resolve a problem on site

An unmarked irrigation main found during grading: photo, repair booked, cost covered from the contingency, client kept calm throughout.

You run Shoots & Roots. I’ll handle the digital side.

You don’t need to become a web developer, SEO expert, AI expert or software developer. You already have a business to run.
You tell me how Shoots & Roots works. I build the technology around it.Discovery first. Decisions about what to connect or replace come after we understand your workflow, not before.
Easier to discover, easier to understand.Visibility means making Shoots & Roots’ services and expertise clear to the people searching for them. No promises about rankings or AI recommendations, just a site that explains the work well.

Built around your workflow

  • Nothing in this preview assumes a tool you use today has to go.
  • Estimates, scheduling, invoicing and photos can connect to what you already like.
  • Where something is painful, we build a better version. Where it works, we leave it alone.

What a real build adds

  • Private sign-in for each client, with their jobs only.
  • Inquiries, approvals and messages that actually reach you by email.
  • Real estimates, real schedules, your real nurseries and suppliers.

What works in this preview, and what is simulated.

Works right now

  • Estimate form validates, shows chosen file names and creates a sample inquiry that becomes a dashboard priority.
  • Owner dashboard lists today’s priorities with working actions: check a nursery confirmation that does not match, book a site repair and track it, send a reminder, protect an expiring quote, place and confirm an order, set follow-ups, assign, add notes, send an estimate and create a job.
  • Client portal shows what is needed, what changed and what is next; side-by-side decisions with full cost and an automatic schedule check; ask a question or request another option; orders by status or by area of the property; site issues; documents; final walkthrough list; and a timeline that records all of it.
  • Reset demo in the top bar restores the original sample data.

Simulated for the demo

  • No emails or notifications are sent. No files are uploaded anywhere.
  • The client portal opens without a login. A real portal uses private sign-in; this demo storage is not security.
  • Option photos in comparisons and the site issue photo are labeled placeholders until real photos are supplied.
  • Process steps, service descriptions in pop-ups and the guarantee terms are drafts to confirm during discovery.
  • Jobs, clients, orders, prices, dates, suppliers and analytics are sample data, labeled as such.
  • The job story uses real photos from shootandrootsfl.com with a sample storyline, to be replaced with a confirmed job. Reviews are the ones shown on the current site.

What do you use to run Shoots & Roots behind the scenes?

Optional, and not a test. This is how I learn how you work so the technology fits you, not the other way around. You are not designing software here, just describing a normal week.

The goal isn’t just to build Shoots & Roots a better website. It’s to build Shoots & Roots a digital platform worthy of the company you’ve already built.
